It’s Not Always to Be Caprese

It’s not always to be caprese……. but green, white, red…. ? Must ! ;-)

Rösti with cucumber, tomatoes and mozzarella. Potatoes, perhaps mixed with carrots, both grated, then cooked until crisp in few oil or butter and served with mozarella, cucumber, tomaotes. Only a pinch of salt and pepper to spice it and some fresh herbals ….. perfect.
